I’m sure you know one or two people who could win an award for sleeping. I have a friend who falls asleep within seconds; meanwhile, some people will toss and turn for hours before we drift off. This life no balance.

Aimed at raising awareness about the importance of sleep, the day typically features events and activities that encourage people to prioritize their sleep and adopt healthy sleep habits.

Sensory Deprivation Tanks

Treehouse in the Rainforest
Sleeping in a treehouse in the rainforest is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! There are a few places in the world where you can do this, like Costa Rica, Thailand, and Australia. The experience is unlike any other – you can sleep under the stars or the northern lights, if you’re fortunate (God when?), surrounded by sparkling ice sculptures. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience! I mean, with the kind of heat in Lagos now, who wouldn’t want to spend a night here?
